1. Beta service
MagicalDocs is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" while we continue to build and improve it. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we make no guarantees about availability, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose during the beta period.
2. Beta access
Access to MagicalDocs during the beta is granted by invitation. Invitations may be individual, may expire, and can be withdrawn if the service is misused. We may pause or limit access while we test changes to the beta.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and content you create with MagicalDocs. You are responsible for the content you write and for keeping your own backups during the beta period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MagicalDocs: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no reverse engineering of the hosted service.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicalDocs and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta service, including loss of data.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use of MagicalDocs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
